We hiked in the Grand Canyon yesterday and I am POOPED!!!! It was awesome. I will probably post a bunch of pictures when we get done with all the activities. Here are a couple of pictures though.

I was at the Grand Canyon when I was 11 years old. I didn't appreciate the magnitude of what I was seeing then, and want to return. The pictures are wonderful. Thank you for sharing with us!!

My father in law used to be a well known animal rights activist and has rescued burros from the Grand Canyon before. I have a photo of my husband trying to catch a burro. The Canyon is beautiful. I was very young when I went there but I remember it!
I love the canyon but would never get on the donkey and let it ride me down, or up. What fun you are having: a lot different than NC, huh?

I love Flagstaff. It reminds of Asheville a little. The Grand Canyon is grand. You are doing so much.
