I finished another tote bag, and I must say it's way bigger then the last one.
For some reason, probably because I didn't read all the instructions before I started, I thought this was a "tote bag". But it turned out to be an overnight bag, which in the end is way better!! I love it! You would think the name of the pattern:
Weekender Travel Tote would have been a clue. Go here to get the pattern.

I had to laugh at this post - why don't we read patterns thru? I looked at the bag instructions - the size of the pieces should have given you a clue, too. Very pretty bag - I like how she shows using the plastic weave canvas for the bottom for stability - like that better than the other insert materials.(and I have lots of that somewhere)
OH, I like this one Wilma. The bigger the better!
I just LOVE the bag you made and thank you for the free pattern - that's my favorite price tag!
LOL, who notices the name anyway? It is a very nice BIG bag!
It's lovely, pretty, AND useful!
Oooh Wilma! Love that header! I'd dearly love to visit there. Just wanted to say hello to a fellow May for Me lady.
hi there - I am with May for Me too... I am adding your link on my page... My husband sews and had to chuckle at this - he says it must be a female thing. But he's a nerd with an engineering mind....
I do love this bag!! A wonderful size for everything!
I love the colors you choose.
Just right for Spring Shopping.
