Basket Weave top finished!!!

I finished piecing the Basket Weave quilt today. I love the way it came out. What do you think? I plan to quilt it (using the pantograph called cotton candy) when I get home from Minnesota. All done with scraps and from my stash, though I did have to piece the outer border. I can't believe it, lol.

There was a little breeze blowing.

Great Job Wilma!! I really like the red & blue fabrics along with the border fabric. Makes it really pop.

Wilma, it is lovely. Thanks for coming by my blog. I do love this part of the state. The quilt show was great too. I guess you probably have been many times to the Asheville show.

Wilma, I just stumbled upon your blog, and just after reading through your August posts, I'm hooked. You've got a new follower! Your basketweave top turned out great. I'm a Bonnie Hunter fan myself, and have LOTS of scraps to make one of these myself.
